Submitting “E Questionnaire” you are agreeing that you have read and agree to abide by the Kyneton Biscuit Group Pty Ltd Maintenance Contractor and Visitors Requirements and their Obligations to entre in site.

The KBG Food Quality Management System is based on the principles of HACCP and BRC. KBG Food Quality Management System ensures that all possible risks are identified, and control measures are introduced to eliminate the likelihood of contamination of either a physical, chemical or biological nature. The Senior management require that all external contractors and/or visitors to follow the guidelines that are set down for entering in to Mixing, Packaging and storage areas to conduct work and or visit and ensure that:

As a visitor/Contractors, you have understood the risks associated with being in a food premises and by acknowledging and Sign into Visitor Book”, which indicating that you will not contaminate or adulterate any finished products or the facility environment.
