By submitting the following “E Questionnaire”, you are agreeing that you have read and will abide by the Kyneton Biscuit Group Pty Ltd (KBG) Maintenance Contractor and Visitor Requirements, as well as their obligations for site entry.

The KBG Food Quality Management System is based on the principles of HACCP and BRC. This system ensures that all potential risks are identified and that control measures are implemented to eliminate the likelihood of contamination of a physical, chemical, or biological nature. Senior Management requires all external contractors and/or visitors to adhere to the guidelines outlined for entering the Mixing, Packaging, and Storage areas for work or visits. The following requirements must be met:

As a visitor or contractor, you acknowledge the risks associated with being in a food premises. By accepting this questionnaire, you confirm that you will not contaminate or adulterate any finished products or the facility environment.
