The KBG Food Quality Management System is based on the principles of HACCP and BRC. This system ensures that all potential risks are identified and that control measures are implemented to eliminate the likelihood of contamination of a physical, chemical, or biological nature. Senior Management requires all external contractors and/or visitors to adhere to the guidelines outlined for entering the Mixing, Packaging, and Storage areas for work or visits. The following requirements must be met:

Long hair is tied back (if applicable) and a hairnet must be worn;

A beard snood/covering must be worn to cover facial hair.

Jewellery, including rings, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc. is not permitted inside the factory; with the exception of a plain wedding band.

Do not enter the facility if you are suffering from Typhoid, Paratyphoid, Cholera, VTEC, Shigella Dysenteriae, Hepatitis A or E, Norwalk or Norwalk-like viruses, Coronaviruses (SARS, MERS, COVID-19), or other viral gastroenteritis. Notify Senior Management if you have any of these conditions.

Uniforms must be clean and free of dust, grease, or other contaminants for maintenance contractors. Visitors and contractors must wear KBG-supplied white coats with a high-visibility visitor vest.

Hands must be washed and sanitised upon entering and re-entering the Mixing, Packaging, and Storage areas.

Eating, drinking, and touching finished products for testing is not allowed

Photography is not permitted in any factory area unless consent is obtained from KBG Senior Management.

KBG is a strictly nut, seed, and egg-free site.

Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere on the KBG site.

As a visitor or contractor, you acknowledge the risks associated with being in a food premises. By accepting this questionnaire, you confirm that you will not contaminate or adulterate any finished products or the facility environment.
